Reading & Refund Policy
Readings take about 24 hours to a week, sometimes longer as I am with other responsibilities as a stay-at-home wife and mother.. I am also on EASTERN STANDARD TIME! All readings and packages will be done/sent out on that time zone. Packages may take up to 1-3 weeks depending on the circumstances as I live in a state where weather will ALWAYS PLAY A FACTOR!
Please also make it aware of your pronouns. Respect for you comes first for the best experience for your reading. NO transphobia or racism is tolerated here on my page.

There are absolutely no refunds on any reading or altar services including on cancelled services. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Refunds on products will only be granted if package was severely damaged with photo proof or to my discretion.
Cancellations & Late Fees
Late fees are applied to those who schedule a Live Reading. If at any given point you:
Do not show up to your reading
Are more than 10 minutes late
A $30 late fee will be invoiced to your email. If you cannot make it to your reading, you may reschedule a live reading once before a $30 late fee applies. Rescheduling must occur 24 hours before reading.
I am on Easter Standard Time. All services will be performed during that time schedule.
Cancellations are only acceptable if:
Severe financial or life changing emergency
